Little Roots Pediatric Therapy is a mobile private practice serving the Inland Empire and South OC.Our mission is to provide individualized, evidence based occupational therapy to unlock your child's highest potential, done within the child's natural environment. We work with children (0-10yr old).

We offer a free, no obligations, phone consult to discuss any concerns you may be having with your child to help determine if a referral for services is needed.

Evaluation

We provide comprehensive evaluations for both occupational therapy. Your child’s evaluation will include a standardized assessment, parent concerns and as well as observations and a thorough review of your child’s developmental history.

Therapy Services

We take an individualized approach with each child and apply the information we gained from their evaluation to address their needs.

Payment

We’re so excited to potentially work with you! At Little Roots Pediatric Therapy we operate on a private pay basis — and here’s why: We know how overwhelming insurance can be. Too often, it dictates your priorities, limits the number of sessions, or requires jumping through hoops that don’t always reflect your child’s unique needs. We believe you should be the one deciding what’s best — not your insurance company.We provide a monthly superbill that has all the information that your insurance needs, like our license numbers, your diagnoses, and ICD and CPT codes. Don’t forget that reimbursement goes directly to you and payments applied to your deductibles are based on your individual plans.
