We Bring Therapy To You
Little Roots Pediatric Therapy is a mobile private practice serving families throughout the Inland Empire and South Orange County. We provide individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy in the child’s natural environment to support meaningful development, independence, and confidence.
We offer private occupational therapy services, as well as Early Intervention and Self-Determination Program services through the Inland Regional Center, supporting infants, toddlers, and children in building the skills needed for everyday life.

We offer a free 15-min, no obligations, phone consult to discuss any concerns you may be having with your child to help determine if a referral for services is needed.
Evaluation
We provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations . Your child’s evaluation will include standardized assessments, parent concerns and as well as observations and a thorough review of your child’s developmental history.
Therapy Services
We take an individualized approach with each child and apply the information we gained from their evaluation to address their needs.
