Do you accept insurace?

At this time we are private pay only.

We provide a monthly superbill that has all the information that your insurance needs, like our license numbers, your diagnoses, and ICD and CPT codes. Don’t forget that reimbursement goes directly to you and payments applied to your deductibles are based on your individual plans.

What to ask your insurance.
“Can you tell me if my current benefits cover occupational therapy services?”

If they need specifics:
“My provider uses the following CPT codes. Can you check coverage for each of these?”

• 97530 – Therapeutic activities, 1:1 sessions (in 15-minute increments)

• 97165, 97166, 97167 – Occupational therapy evaluations (low, moderate, and high complexity)

Where are you located?

We are located in Ontario. We provide services in the home setting and/or the community setting ( library, daycare, preschool etc)

What age group do you work with?

At Little Roots Pediatric Therapy, we currently work with kids 1yr-10yr.
